Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom Orders: Made-to-order or customized pieces may require additional time for craftsmanship. The estimated production and dispatch time for such orders will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and SMS notification with your order details once your order is successfully placed.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Veora Jewellery ships to customers all across India.

Shipping Charges: We provide Free, Secured, and Insured Shipping on all orders within India. There are no hidden charges.

Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.

Courier Partners: We partner with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Sequel Logistics to ensure secure transit.

Insurance: Every shipment from Veora Jewellery is fully insured until delivered to you. You are not liable for the package while it is in transit.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email and SMS containing the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

You can use this information to track the status of your shipment in real-time.

4. Packaging and Delivery

Secure Packaging: Your jewellery is packed in durable, tamper-evident packaging. Outer packaging is discreet to ensure the security of the contents.

Signature Required: To ensure safe delivery, a signature from an adult (18+) is required at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address.

Inspection upon Delivery: We urge you to inspect the package for any signs of tampering or damage before signing. If the package appears opened or damaged, do not accept the delivery and contact our customer care team immediately.
